前列腺增生(BPH)是中老年男性最常见的泌尿系统疾病,其引起的下尿路症状(LUTS)严重影响患者的生活质量[1]。据统计欧美发达国家超过50%的60岁以上男性生活质量受到BPH引起的LUTS的影响[2]。BPH会随着时间的推移而不断进展,进而导致严重的并发症,如急性尿潴留、反复尿路感染和肾功能受损[3]
