经腹全腹腔镜上尿路尿路上皮癌根治术在临床中的应用

上尿路尿路上皮癌(upper tract urothelial carcinoma,UTUC)指的是起源于上尿路即肾盂和输尿管尿路上皮的恶性肿瘤,临床较为少见,只占所有尿路上皮癌的5%~10%[1]。其中,双侧上尿路的尿路上皮癌则更为罕见,仅占所有UTUC的1%~2.8%[2]。切除患侧肾脏和全长输尿管及输尿管膀胱壁内段依然是治疗UTUC的金标准[3,4]。近年来,泌尿外科腔镜技术迅速发展,运用腹腔镜技术进行UTUC根治已经逐渐成为首选。腔镜下肾输尿管切除在疗效和安全性方面相比开放性手术的优势已得到证实[5],经腹入路完全腹腔镜下患侧肾脏全长输尿管及输尿管膀胱壁内段切除术在临床已经得到广泛应用,本文总结经腹全腹腔镜下UTUC根治术在临床中的应用如下。
