探讨电切镜辅助下经阴道女性尿道憩室切除术的临床疗效。

回顾性分析我院2013年11月至2019年12月收治的12例女性尿道憩室患者的临床资料。年龄33～65岁，平均年龄45岁。临床症状：会阴部疼痛以及性交疼痛4例，尿后滴沥3例，尿频、尿急3例，排尿困难1例，无症状1例。体格检查：均行阴道指检，其中6例在阴道前壁可触及明显肿物，余患者体格检查未见明显异常。12例患者均行盆底超声检查。尿道憩室大小1.3～4.0 cm，平均2.6 cm。简单型尿道憩室3例，复杂型尿道憩室9例。12例女性尿道憩室患者接受电切镜辅助下经阴道尿道憩室切除术，记录术后并发症以及术后复发率。

12例患者均顺利完成手术，拔除尿管未出现出血、感染、尿潴留、尿频尿急及排尿困难等。术后随访时间3～12个月，所有患者症状均得以缓解，未出现尿失禁、尿道阴道瘘等术后并发症，末次随访均未见尿道憩室复发，手术效果良好。

对于确诊女性尿道憩室的患者，采用电切镜辅助下经阴道尿道憩室切除术，术后并发症少以及术后复发率低。

To explore the clinical efficacy of resectoscope-assisted transvaginal diverticulectomy in women.

Retrospective analysis of 12 female patients with female urethral diverticulum in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2019 was retrospectively investigated. The mean age was 45 years (ranged from 33 to 65 years). There were 4 cases with perineal pain or dyspareunia, 3 cases with postvoid dribbling, 3 cases with frequency and urgency, 1 case with dysuria, 1 case without symptoms. The cyst was found in 6 cases by vaginal examination. All patients were performed with pelvic ultrasound examination. The urethral diverticulum size ranged from 1.3 to 4.0 centimeter (cm), with an average of 2.6 cm. There were 3 cases of simple diverticulum and 9 cases of complex diverticulum. Resectoscope-assisted female urethral diverticulum resection was performed in 12 female patients and therapeutic efficacy was analyzed.

All 12 patients underwent successful therapy without postoperative complications after urinary catheter removal. During 3 to 12 months follow-up, there was no recurrence or complication, such as urinary incontinence and vaginal urethral fistula.

The success rate of resectoscope-assisted female urethral diverticulum resection is high, postoperative recurrence and postoperative complications are few.
