Analysis of nursing effect of a wireless ultra-high definition endoscopic system in urological surgery

目的

探讨一种新型无线超高清腔镜系统应用于泌尿外科手术中护理配合效果。

方法

选取2021年5月至12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院泌尿外科87台择期腹腔镜手术为研究对象,使用传统腹腔镜设备进行腹腔镜手术的为对照组,共44台,使用无线超高清腔镜设备进行腹腔镜手术的为观察组,共43台。两组患者在性别比例、年龄、手术时间、住院时间、手术类型等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较两组在术前手术物品准备时间,连接腹腔镜系统时间,术后设备归位总时间,摄像系统使用成本,手术医师护士满意度方面的差异。

结果

观察组在手术物品准备时间[(16.0±1.8)vs(16.9±1.7)min,P=0.023]、连接腹腔镜系统时间[(3.9±0.3)vs(4.7±0.7)min,P<0.001]、术后设备归位总时间[(9.8±1.9)vs(10.9±1.8)min,P=0.008]、使用成本[(75±19)vs (164±52)元,P<0.001]、手术医护满意度评分[(22.3±2.4) vs (19.2±3.2),P<0.001]均优于对照组。

结论

无线超高清腔镜系统相比较传统腹腔镜系统提升了手术体验,缩短了手术物品准备时间,降低了使用成本,提高了手术医护满意度,值得推广。

Objective

To explore the effect of nursing cooperation in urological surgery with a new wireless ultra-high definition endoscopic system.

Methods

87 cases of laparoscopic surgeries in urology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from May to December 2021 were selected. The control group included 44 cases with traditional laparoscopic equipment and the observation group contained 43 cases with wireless ultra-high definition endoscopic equipment. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in gender, age, operation time, length of hospitalization and types of operations. The preparation time of preoperative items, the time of connecting laparoscopic system, the total time of homing laparoscopic equipment, the cost of camera system and the satisfaction of surgeons and nurses were analyzed.

Results

The preparation time of surgical items before surgery in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group [(16.0±1.8) vs (16.9±1.7) min, P=0.023]. The time of connecting laparoscopic system [(3.9±0.3) vs (4.7±0.7)min, P<0.001], and the total time of homing laparoscopic equipment after surgery [(9.8±1.9) vs (10.9±1.8) min, P=0.008] in the observation group were also shorter than that in the control group respectively. The cost in the observation group was less than that in the control group [(75±19) vs (164±52) yuan, P<0.001], while the satisfaction score of nurse and surgeon during operation was significantly improved in the observation group [(22.3±2.4) vs (19.2±3.2), P<0.001].

Conclusions

Compared with the traditional laparoscopic system, the usage of wireless ultra-high definition laparoscopic system improves the comfort of nurses and surgeons, shortens the preparation time of surgical items, reduces the usage cost, which is worthy of extensive application.
