目的

总结经阴道网片添加的前盆重建术在膀胱膨出治疗中的应用体会。

方法

回顾性分析自2017年1月至2018年4月我院12例膀胱膨出患者的临床资料。12例患者经术前体格检查，诊断明确。所有患者实施经阴道添加网片的前盆修复手术。

结果

12例患者均手术顺利，平均手术时间65 min，平均手术出血量20 ml。术后拔除导尿管均排尿通畅。随访3~16个月无复发，无网片暴露等并发症发生。

结论

经阴道网片添加的前盆重建术在膀胱膨出患者中的治疗效果良好，掌握手术技巧可以提高手术的成功率，减少并发症的发生，值得临床推广应用。

Objective

To explore the experiences of transvaginal anterior pevic repair for cystocele with mesh use.

Methods

The clinical data of 12 patients with cystocele were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018. All patients were diagnosed by preoperative physical examination and underwent transvaginal anterior pevic repair.

Results

All patients underwent operations successfully, and voided influently. The average operative time was 65 min, and the average operative blood loss was 20 ml. All patients were cured by operation and no complications such as mesh exposure occurred by follow up for 3-16 months.

Conclusions

Transvaginal anterior pevic repair for cystocele with mesh use is safe and efficient, and it is worthy of clinical application.
