Abstract:

Perirenal abscess is a relatively rare infectious diseases of the urinary system, which is mainly caused by the bloody dissemination of acute renal cortical abscess into the perirenal or other organ infections. Although it has been observed in clinical practice that the development of perirenal abscess disease is relatively slow, local lesions can penetrate the perirenal fascia and affect other organs and tissues adjacent to the kidney, causing systemic infection and posing a threat to the human body. A 34 year old male diabetes patient with secondary left perirenal abscess, splenic abscess and pleural effusion was reported.
