Abstract:

The clinical incidence of T1 stage renal cell carcinoma is increasing year by year. Partial nephrectomy, as the core surgical method recommended by domestic and international guidelines for preserving renal units, has been widely practiced in clinic. The Robot-assisted retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, which combines the advantages of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery and the three-dimensional high-definition vision and precise operation characteristics of the robotic system, shows significant advantages in the treatment of complex renal tumors. Based on the clinical experience of our clinical center, this article summarizes the techniques and insights of robot-assisted retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in clinical application.
