日间手术(ambulatory surgery,AS),又称当日手术,或当日归宅手术(same-day discharge,SDD),最早由英国医师Nichol于1909年提出[1],后来被国际日间手术管理委员会统一定义为24 h内完成,并在复苏后观察患者生命体征平稳,可达到出院要求的手术,不包括急诊、门诊手术,其术前常规检查及评估均在门诊于1周内完成,术后观察及评估在院外经专业人士严密随访指导,达到完全康复标准[2]。日间手术在保证医疗质量与安全的前提下,既一定程度上减轻患者的住院经济负担,又可增加医院床位周转率[3]。让医院的优势医疗资源惠及更多的患者,正越来越受到医师、政府及百姓的认可。
