我国枪支管控政策严格,火器伤发病率不高。近年来,创伤急救系统和医疗护理技术不断进步,但火器伤病例死亡率没有显著变化[1,2]。火器伤常发生在身体多个部位[1,2]。评估火器伤的患者,详细的病史采集和受伤过程经过十分重要,首先是获得关于武器类型、子弹口径和类型、发射距离、进入人体的位置等信息,以了解火器可能造成的组织器官损伤模式[3,4,5,6]。损伤程度不仅取决于子弹的动能,还与子弹将能量有效地传递到目标中的程度有关[7,8]。此外,在特殊情况下,伤员对疾病的耐受能力更低,更容易产生严重的并发症。
