Abstract:

Chronic urinary dysfunction diseases, such as prostate diseases, urinary incontinence, and bladder dysfunction, are widespread globally, which pose significant challenges to public health. These chronic conditions not only place a heavy burden on the healthcare resources of society but also impact the economic and psychological well-being of patients. Therefore, improving prevention, early screening, treatment, and management methods for these diseases is an urgent task in the field of medicine today. To achieve lasting urological rehabilitation, we emphasize the necessity of establishing a solid management foundation by the healthcare team, adopting a long-term comprehensive management strategy. This strategy includes public education, multidisciplinary collaboration among medical teams, personalized treatment plans, regular follow-ups, psychological support, social support, as well as ongoing monitoring and research.Through these measures, we can provide urological dysfunction patients with more comprehensive, personalized, and enduring medical care, improving their quality of life, alleviating the burden on the healthcare system, and promoting overall health. This requires interdisciplinary cooperation and continuous innovation to meet the diverse needs and challenges of patients.
