目的

使用Meta 分析方法探讨超声造影诊断前列腺癌的价值。

方法

检索2022 年10 月20 日及以前有关超声造影诊断前列腺癌的中英文文献,按纳入和排除标准筛选文献后提取相关数据,使用Meta Disc 1.4 及Stata 16.0 软件对文献进行Meta 分析。

结果

纳入30 篇文献,经Meta 分析后得到,超声造影诊断前列腺癌的合并灵敏度为0.77(0.75~0.78),合并特异度为0.80(0.78~0.81),合并阳性似然比为3.88(3.07~4.91),合并阴性似然比为0.28(0.23~0.34),合并诊断比值比(DOR)为15.59(10.64~22.84),合并受试者工作特征曲线(SROC)曲线下面积AUC=0.87(0.83~0.89)。

结论

超声造影诊断前列腺癌具有较高的应用价值,可作为前列腺癌影像学筛查手段。

Objective

To investigate the value of contrast enhanced ultrasonography for the diagnosis of prostate cancer using a meta-analysis.

Methods

The Chinese and English literatures on contrast enhanced ultrasonography for prostate cancer diagnosis were searched until October 20,2022.After screening the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the relevant data were extracted.Meta-analysis was performed on the literature using Meta Disc 1.4 and Stata 16.0 software.

Results

The combined sensitivity of the diagnosis of prostate cancer by contrast enhanced ultrasonography was 0.77(95%CI: 0.75-0.78),the combined specificity was 0.80(95%CI: 0.78-0.81),the combined positive likelihood ratio was 3.88(95%CI: 3.07-4.91),the combined negative likelihood ratio was 0.28(95%CI: 0.23-0.34),and the combined diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) was 15.59(95%CI: 10.64-22.84),and the pooled area under the curve (AUC) of the summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) was 0.87(95%CI: 0.83-0.89).

Conclusion

Contrast enhanced ultrasonography has a high application value for the diagnosis of prostate cancer and can be used as an imaging screening tool for prostate cancer.
