With the increasing maturity of medical lasers, day surgery has also attracted widespread attention in recent years, and a large number of literature reports on laser treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia day surgery have emerged both domestically and internationally. The continuous innovation of day surgery has led to the development of transurethral prostate hyperplasia surgery towards a "short, smooth, and fast" direction, entering the era of enhanced recovery; Compared with traditional inpatient surgeries, there is no significant difference in the incidence of complications and postoperative recovery. The length of stay and total cost are significantly reduced, but there are still certain deficiencies in its integrated management. This article provides a review of the application of integrated management in day surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia by laser, summarizing the efficacy, management, complication management, discharge medical insurance reimbursement, safety and quality evaluation and others. It is hoped to provide some recommended references for future laser surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
