目的

总结等离子电切联合1 470激光切除治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床疗效。

方法

回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年2月本院收治的58例浅表性膀胱侧壁肿瘤患者资料,按手术方式分成等离子电切组(PKRBt组)28例和等离子联合1 470激光组(PKRBt+1 470组)30例。比较两组手术基线资料、术中闭孔神经反射发生率、膀胱穿孔发生率、肿瘤基底部阳性率及肿瘤复发率。

结果

两组患者基线资料之间差异无统计学意义;PKRBt+1 470组闭孔神经反射明显低于单纯PKRBt组(P<0.01);PKRBt+1 470组术后12个月累计原发灶复发率低于PKRBt组(P<0.05)。

结论

PKRBt联合1 470激光切除治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤安全有效,术后12个月累计原发灶肿瘤复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective

To summarize the clinical efficacy of plasma electrotomy combined with 1 470 laser excision in the treatment of superficial bladder tumors.

Methods

The clinical data of 58 patients with superficial sidewall bladder tumors who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into plasma electrotomy group (PKRBt group) (n=28) and plasma combined with 1 470 laser group (PKRBt+1 470 group) (n=30) according to surgical methods. The baseline data, incidence of obturator nerve reflex, incidence of bladder perforation, positive rate of tumor base and tumor recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.

Results

There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups. The incidence of obturator nerve reflex in the PKRBt+1 470 group was significantly lower than that in the PKRBt group (P<0.01). The total tumor recurrence rate of primary lesion at 12 months after surgery in the PKRBt + 1470 group was lower than that in the PKRBt group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

PKRBt combined with 1470 laser resection is safe and effective in the treatment of superficial bladder tumors, with low total tumor recurrence rate 12 months after operation. It is worthy of being widely popularized in the clinical application.
