The influence of morphological parameters of prostate protrusion into the bladder on PSA

Abstract

Abstract:

A common disease in Urology is benign prostatic hyperplasia，which needs to be differentiated from prostate cancer.The initial screening of prostate cancer mainly relies on serum PSA values，but many factors have different degrees of impact on PSA values.PSA is tissue-specific，but it is not a prostate cancer-specific marker.The causes of increased PSA caused by prostate hyperplasia and prostate cancer are different.Therefore，the study of changes in PSA values caused by different prostatic morphologies in the bladder may be of great value in the identification of prostate cancer.
